Vietnam Noodle Restaurant in Missoula

Delicious, authentic, well presented, affordable, and it's a relaxing atmosphere and hidden gem. It's been my brother's and myself go to place since 2007.

My daughter and I got carry-out from them today. First time dining with these folks. I had a pork Ban Mi sandwich with pate instead of mayoinnaise, my daughter had Won Ton soup, and we split an order of steamed dumplings! Excellent taste, great portions, all served up quickly by friendly folks! Eat there - you'll love it!

My friend ordered pick up food. I got the fried imperial rolls with noodles and a sauce that was vinegar and oil and unsatisfactory. The dish was bland. I won't ever order from them again. Waste of money and there is no delivery. It's a shame the menu is a lot like a Chinese restaurant menu in town. None of these foods or restaurants are authentic. They are Americanized to gain your dollar, but sooooo not worth it. Eat somewhere else or eat at home!

Wow! What a fantastic gem! Delicious pho, ordered it very spicy and it could still be spicier! Owners are Viet/Chinese and there is a little bit of everything going on the menu. I also ordered the Korean spicy pork (guilty pleasure). For the few negative comments here I have to say I had a wonderful experience here. Yes the service is a bit standoffish. Yes, our drinks came out after our food. Yes this is more Fusion than strictly Vietnamese. Portions are very generous and this is about as authentic as I have found in Montana. Bonus points for the small grocery offerings at the front. I'm quite jealous that Missoula has this little gem. There was hardly anyone in here 8pm on a Saturday. Excellent.

Best Vietnamese food in town! Their spicy lemongrass pho is unbelievable. And they even sell some authentic curry pastes, noodles, and other goodies in their waiting area.

I love eating here. The food has always been delicious and the staff has always been prompt and attentive. This was not the case last night. I took my daughter here, we ordered over the phone before we got there. My daughter looked at me afterwards and said the woman was rude. I sort of dismiss it because I like going here. We get there and let her know we had ordered over the phone. Her tone was less than pleased. Again I ignored it because the rest of my visits have been great. Then she gets to this table with 3 older men who are finished and just chatting quietly and laughing softly and says "do you want some water or are you just going to blink at me for 20 minutes?" Absolutely unbelievable, my eleven year old daughter was mortified. I went at around 630 on the 20th. Red haired woman.

A favorite lunch stop when we're in Missoula. Have liked everything we've ever gotten, although our "go to" lunch special is "L4," Curry Chicken Soup with noodles. Usually there is enough left to take home for a second lunch the next day. The staff is cheerful and attentive which just adds to a great meal.

Best pho in town, first place open in town with it. Dad took us there for years and if anything, it has gotten better. Best peanut sauce and spring rolls I have ever had. Great pad thai too.

I'm trying to understand why this place has such good reviews. I guess it could be amazing if you like to eat sh*t! We were in from out of town & decided to eat here. Hands down the worst Vietnamese food I've ever had or I'm sure, will ever have! Pad Thai & Vietnamese coffee were horrid! We asked to have the disgusting coffee removed from our bill & the lady told us if we didn't like it, we shouldn't order it! I love Vietnamese coffee so much I make it at home & have had it at numerous other Vietnamese restaurants. The only reason I can think of for the great reviews is that maybe people in Missoula have never had good Vietnamese food! If you value your taste buds, go anywhere else!

The lemongrass beef sandwich was incredible. I got mine with pate and was not disappointed.

Forever my favorite place. The team there are always warm and welcoming. Whenever I'm feeling down or unwell, I come get the #21 and it always makes me feel better. My version of comfort food.

Nothing beats amazing food served in a humble/outdated setting. The spoons are plastic, the bowls are plastic, everything is plastic. Service is... to be expected, not spectacular.... But what comes out of that kitchen.... As Vince Vaughn would say, "Phenomenal". Seriously, the food is so good I would eat it off of the dusty floor. Screw eating with your eyes. Come here if you care about real authentic Vietnamese food and couldn't care less about pretention.

We ate here on a whim, and felt lucky to have stumbled in! The vegetarian imperial rolls were delicious! Having eaten at Vietnamese restaurants in LA and New York, I can confidently say this place is the best I’ve had.

Nastiest food I’ve ever had. Definitely not authentic and we had to throw it away. Wouldn’t feed it to my dogs.

Amazing broth. I always get their pho when I have a cold and it makes me feel so much better. Their proportions are very generous and the pricing is well worth it.

Everything I try here is so tasty. The service is great too. I would literally cry if they ever closed.

Fast service and reasonable prices. It's certainly not fine dining, but good for a casual meal when you want something a little outside the norm. Their menu has a wide variety of options and many have pictures. I find pictures to be SUPER helpful when ordering food that you haven't tried before. I recommend the hot tea and rangoons in addition to your meal. I was happy with how much food I got for my money, just beware that a large is truly large.

Love their soft noodles with veggies. I have enough for 2-3 meals so don't feel too bad for ordering out.

Got the veggie pho with veggie broth. Had lots of vegetables in it and a bit of tofu. Noodles were good. Broth was quite bland compared to what I’m used to. Great value for money and friendly service.

Great food! Korean bbq with rice is outstanding. The inside of the building could have used a thorough cleaning. The spider webs and the dust on the partition wall between the tables was extremely offputing. Clean the place and make it more of an enjoyable atmosphere to get 5 stars...

My go-to place in Motown. Great service and food. I always grab specialty items in their mini grocery store to take back home in central Mt.

Appetizers were great! Especially the spring rolls. The pad Thai taste like it is probably made with ketchup. But I will definitely eat here again, just order differently.

it was kind of hard to find but once I found it there was a shortage of parking so I had to park on the street people with blasting their stereos in the parking lot to hip hop music lots of cigarette smoking outside not sure why they're so many people in the parking lot!and the store or in the restaurant they were two kids who the parents were ignoring while the kids ran all over the place bumping into people and disturbing other people are eating dinner. It was not too nice kids just visiting tables these kids were very rambunctious. I came in to pick up an order and was there a while the lady has a friend who I think it was the owner but I could be wrong or maybe she was the manager forgot who I was and she asked me if I had been helped 10 minutes later

Its not exclusive Vietnamese food. I hope they decide to change their name a bit since it's quite misleading. Lovely interior, isn't ever too crazy busy. Definitely a good place if you want Chinese food. The staff is patient and understanding if you need time to look over their menu. There is handicap parking, but might be a little tough to enter due to two doors before you enter

My new favorite restaurant in town. Their pho and chicken curry soup is fantastic. Very friendly staff.

The pictures don’t look anything like their food. Ordered a teriyaki chicken based off their picture but it ended up being almost like a soup

We love going to the Vietnam Noodle Restaurant. They are friendly, and prompt and the food is wonderful and fairly priced. We especially like to do take out and get the Chicken Curry Soup.
